New at the Zugspitz Resort
We are continuing to develop our resort for you
There’s something new happening at the Zugspitz Resort: we’re creating new opportunities for relaxing holiday moments. At the heart of it all is our new sauna and swimming pool area, which will offer even more space for wellness and relaxation in future.
We can’t reveal all the details just yet. Over the coming months, we’ll be sharing more insights here bit by bit and showing you what you can look forward to. One thing is already certain: from October 2027, the Zugspitz Resort will welcome you with its new sauna and swimming pool area.
Join us on this journey – we’ll keep you up to date here.
Whilst something new is taking shape
From 1 March until, it is expected, the end of September 2027, a completely new sauna and swimming pool area will be built at the Zugspitz Resort. During this time, our resort will remain open, although some areas will be temporarily unavailable.
To ensure that our new wellness area can be completed on schedule, construction work will take place throughout the day and at weekends. As a result, construction noise is to be expected across the entire resort grounds – including around DIDI’s Water World and the natural swimming pond, which are located in the immediate vicinity of the building site.
From October 2027, you can once again look forward to the full holiday experience with our new sauna and swimming pool area.
What to expect during the construction phase
